From the North:
Take I-95 South to the Hallandale Beach
Boulevard exit. Turn left at the exit to go East on Hallandale
Beach Boulevard for about one mile. Turn right (South) on U.S.
1 (Federal Highway). Continue South. You will pass Gulfstream
Race Track on your left. Go to 209th Street. Turn left at the
traffic light on 209th Street. Make a right turn into the parking
garage. Park in any non-reserved space. Empire is located in
the Aventura Corporate Center in the building labeled "20801."
Our offices are on the 3rd floor.
From the South:
Take I-95 North to the Ives Dairy Road exit. Turn right at
the exit to go East on Ives Dairy Road for about one mile.
As you get closer to U.S. 1 (Biscayne Boulevard), you will
approach on overpass. Go on the overpass and stay in the left
lanes. Turn left (North) at the top of the overpass onto Biscayne
Boulevard. Pass the first traffic light. The second traffic
light is at Waterways Boulevard. Pass Waterways Boulevard
and make an immediate right turn into the driveway of the
Aventura Corporate Center in any non-reserved space. Empire
is located in the building labeled "20801." Our
offices are on the 3rd floor
