After representing buyers, sellers and lenders in real estate transactions for 15 years, attorney Richard Breger believed that establishing a title company would better serve his clients' needs. He formed Empire Title Services, Inc., in 1999. Since its inception, Empire Title has handled thousands of real estate closings in Florida.

At its main office in beautiful Aventura, Florida, Empire Title's staff conducts the title search of the property and prepares the title commitment, deed, and all other necessary papers. Closings are conducted at Empire's offices, or at any other convenient location. Recognizing the importance of Florida's multi-cultural influence, Empire's staff is bilingual in English and Spanish.
